Ethencity Of Using Keywords in Comments in html!!

    I have a question in my mind which is puzzling me. The question is


    "Using Keywords in the Comments in the Html Code"

    1) Is it Black Hat?? Or White Hat?? :confused:
    2) Ethical or Unethical?? :confused:

    Does Crawlers read the comments and count in the onpage content. Is it good in using the Keywords in this part as i have seen many web pages which are using Keywords in between the comments..:eek:

    Any Help will be appreciated.

    Crawlers read the whole page and of course, the comment section. Using them will be safe unless the keyword density goes overboard.
