estimating adsense revenue for medical website with 300.000 visits per month

my aim for creating my site is having one site as big as www.webmd.com for
my people bc I found out medical websites like that are very useful.I installed
english phpbb forum too but I had not had enough time then I removed it.I have some plans for monetizing my site at future.at present my main aim is making my site bigger and bigger...6 years later 3000,000 visits per month and 10 years later 15000,000... fortunately it is growing.these are my main plans

1- good advertisements: like www.webmd.com
2- shopping like www.drugstore.com
3- attracting people to our clinics: for visits and surgeries
4- donations
5- monetizing my big vb medical forum(it has 300 sections)
6-sponsoring

 

Site you have mentioned IS IN ENGLISH ))) There are tons of advertisers.
You have 300.000 visitors a month and don't know how to monetize it NOW yet are talking about 10 years plans and how many visitors you are going to get!
What are you going to do with that traffic?
Drug stores? Then why you are not using it NOW?
Donations? Do you get any NOW?
Sponsoring? What's that? You hope some big company will find your site and just give you money?

Dont get me wrong. I'm not here to assault you or get you feel bad. Just want you to look on it with open eyes. What is your goal? Make money with adsense (or any other ways in this case) or create high traffic medical website just .. to have it?

 

Just checked www.webmd.com and looks like there is no adsense on it. There are many banners though. Maybe thats a model you need to follow. Create a website with many page views and get paid by banner impressions. I'm not an expert here, it is an adsense thread )))

I have to pass one big examination with too many volunteers and study its course that lasts at least 4 years or more. I am getting ready for the test . it is very important for me... and also for my company that will be created by me later .. about 5 or 6 years later.passing the test and having its licence helps my site and my company better.

then I don`t have enough time to set up online drugstore.I hope during my study my site will be very big and completely famous for setting up a company.after that it just starting my idea for having very big company
... may be hospital.. clinics and other things...

advertisement: I hope by passage of years my site will be more famous for getting good advertisement but after creating the company and having enough money I will advertise natinal TV . it will help very very well

shopping: i don`t have time now to manage such a big deal..although i know i can sell very well even at now

donations: i have not asked my users to donate as yet...don`t know they will donate or not...

I plan after reaching at least 3000.000 visits per month... I advertise medical journals to invite specialists for investment in my site.by that money we can set up hospitals...attracting users to our clinics... advertise
national TV...more and more...you know advertising TV is best way for attracting consumers...

Wow looks like you have huge plans!
Well, I dont really know what to suggest you. Maybe you can find a program that pays for banner impressions. Save that money to pay somebody that can set up a drug store for you. Once its done, maybe you start getting profits. Good luck with your project!

I have now 830 k per month. just 80$ for one banner advertisement.I have really problem in earning

Convince clinics and pharmaceutical company to adsertise on ur site.... What is the language of ur site.. Is the traffic local or international... If local, convince them how ur traffic can benefit clinics and other related services and products...if I knew ur site may be I could suggest u better..

 

it is persian.96% of my traffic is local(iran) .as you said maybe convincing the companies will be helpful but
myself can`t do it. I am so busy...other things than my site... and can`t marketing among companies.I pm

As Adsense doesn't work in your region it is pointless debating on it. But yah, you miss huge amount per month.

 

There are so many factor will affect your earning.
Number of visitor alone is not enough for you to calculate the potential earning.
But this is how I normally do:

Number of visitor x CPC($) x Click Through Rate(1-10%) = Potential Earning

I think CTR rate with 5-6% is a normal one. 10% is very rare while 1% required some optimization.

No! Visits and Unique Visitors are different values. Look carefully on your Google Analytics. It should mention both of them.

 

Not sure how feasible it is, but it may be worthwhile to translate / adapt the website into English. If it is such a large resource, it will eventually attract many visitors, and that will pay.

I have websites in several languages. Only the sites in English generate a substantial income.
