No automated "tool" can give you an accurate representation of what your domain or website is worth. I don't know how much more accurate yours is over others I've seen, but I had a 2 day old site one time and some automated tool said it was worth $30,000
I agree with InputProductions - it's really difficult for an online calculator to give an accurate estimate. A much better way to estimate site value is take 12-15 months worth of earnings. Of course a site with lots of traffic or a really amazing domain name might make a difference, but yearly earnings are a good measure.
