I know it's a been said a thousand times before. But something is only worth what people will pay for it. This can be worth soemthing from 3 points of view: 1. It is a very good word which people would make a great website. Something brandable like google.com. If you domain name is .net.uk or has any number or dashes in it then it is not worth anything in this feild. 2. if has a lot of trust i.e. is very old with good backlinks. (High Pr is a good indercation of this) 3. It is a profitable website or has a lot of traffic so could be made profitable easily.
