Estimate on a design?

    Hi Everyone,

    New to these forums. I have been putting together websites for myself for a while, but havent had the time recently to be able to put in the time to make them as well as i would like to.

    I am an Illustrator currently still a student at art center college of design, but I need to put together a decent portfolio site. I am familiar with coding, but lack the time necessary to put together the site i would like.

    my current website is

    but I would like to have something simlar to this

    http://www.jamesjean.com

    I have most of the graphics I want designed already, (http://www.victoriaying.net/stuff/site.jpg)

    So I was just wondering how much I should offer for work like this?

    hi, I would usually charge U$S3000 for database driven site (you can update the site yourself) or 1.7K for HTML, but you can get it cheaper if you are into outsourcing. If not, I dont think you'll get it cheaper than that

    Moving your old site to the new design, you supply the graphics. I would start at $399US. That would use a combination of php and html/css. To update it you would have to edit the files.
