Hello, I'm running some campaigns in Google Adwords and I've placed some adverts in related websites using the Adsense method. When I go into "Managed Placements" tab I can see all the placements I've choosen and the actual status for each Advert. Anyway, there is no "Esitmate bid value" there. How can be sure that my CPC is high enough for the advert to be viewed? Though Google says "Eligible", I have a lot of Adverts with no impressions at all; I don't know if I have to increase the cost or if I just have to wait a bit more to see it performing better. Any suggests? Thank you.
