Well I dislike the keyword spamming, and the design of the site, but it doesnt seem quite establish, aswell as a PR6. Base a price on the anual income of the site if its yours?

If so pm me, as im interested in setting up a bespoke software site.

I'm asking about the cost, not about site design, keywords, or the methods of estimation...

You've left revenue out of the equation so it's not an unfair bid. Are you able to share what the revenue is for the site, it's an consideration most people would need to consider giving you a price.

Obviously, it's more than $2000 a MONTH (as it's a design studio, the revenue depends not only on the sold ad space, affiliate programs, etc. but on a number of completed orders).

Presuming the site was bringing in the leads, 10-12 times NET revenue. The difficult equation in selling it then becomes
    1. will the customers continue
    2. can the service be replicated, either by the new owner or through them using a 3rd party.

Perhaps this isn't the right forum for the question, as it might be better packaged as a business as opposed to a website.

Yes what he means that if it was adsense revenue, which comes from search engines (as in no marketing fees) Then you can sell the site 2000 x 10 or 12 and that is the selling price... :)
