Is Estibot reliable for stats and domain appraisals?

estibot is a robot :D, in some criteria maybe true... but name is a "feel", for first analysis its ok but not for main analysis.. :D

bad thing is, everyday i see estibot domains valued at 1k to 2k selling for 50.00 to 90.00
something is worth what 2 different people will fight for it up to! =))
