    It all comes down to what someone is willing to pay. I have noticed that estibot does come quite close sometimes if you compare its appraisal to what the domain name actually just recently sold for.

    nah. not for me. human appraisals still the best and most reliable since it's the end user who will decide if a certain domain is hot or not according to his needs.
