    Hi guys does anybody know of any good Estate Agent / Real Estate CMS that are available for free or that is going for cheap?

    I need a smooth looking CMS, the others ive seen are either unfinished or look horrible.

    One of the best solutions for me for this is Joomla with some component like hot property combined with some SEF solution like 404SEF. Thanks.
