Buying Establishged Website (PR1 | Daily Traffic) - Making at LEAST ($10/month)

    I am looking to buy a couple websites to add to our portfolio.

    We are going to be looking for websites and they MUST have the following requirements before I would even consider them:

    • Must be MINIMUM PR1+
    • Tons of Monthly Traffic
    • Must be making at LEAST $10/month (Prove that)
    • Analytics installed and be able to be tracked.

    I would prefer that it is in the "Entertainment" area - however I don't have to have it in the entertainment industry.
