    The site is just over 3 months old,it has good response and great potential.
    You don't have to give much time for it.Just buy and promote if you feel like,else it needs nothing.
    It has custom youtube download script.
    It has a PR of 1.
    I haven't monetized the site well,so cant give you an estimation of the revenue.

    All in all, a great value for money site.

    i tried downloading, nothing works.

    most of the video download softwares/script became useless on 1st of april after youtube updated it's formats.
