    I bought this site few months ago and have not touched since then. 1 million+ pages indexed by google. Very easy to manage new listings. Visitors can edit and update their listing.
    Website is optimized for very fast loading. Dedicated server cost is $20 per month.
    I will give the complete hosting account to the buyer and push the domain to Godaddy account.
    Analytics and Adsense Verified.

    Currently the site receives around 50 listing per day to be reviewed or edited. It has 2 million+ listing and gets traffic from random keywords.
    Traffic is currently low by few hundred as i didn't manage to add new backlinks as most of the links were removed after i bought.

    Thanks Matthew for the link. I knew the seller will be deleting all the genuine backlinks or replace it with their other sites as done by most of the sellers.
    The site needs some hard work and good number of authority backlinks to get on track.

    There are some quick flippers who use certain authority backlinks for ranking sites and once they have sold the ranked website they would replace the backlinks with other sites and then sell it again.
    I have seen multiple of these sellers on flippa.

    It's no different than inflating DA, CF and TF just to sell the domain.

    Once they sell the domain, they grab the backlinks back and do it over again with another name.

    this is how I see this going
    300+ this month
    next month 100-200
    3rd month 50-100 in revenue which would take AGES (15-30 months?) to get ROI even at below offer
    Like the other dp'er said this is a HUGE risk
    I will give you 1200 now and take this over as I have my own backlinks sources but I know a lot of you here dont have this kind of authority links at hand so this would be like gambling 1200 at the roulette tables and google is playing croupier
    ill need to still see things so pm with skype and we can talk
