Its copy right infringed and you can get sued with this.
I went through team viewer with him and i almost bought.
After not agreeing upon a deal 500$ down 500$ in 30 days. I decided to figure out why is he selling this? To good to be true right? Well it is.
He has so many copy right infringements. if you go to google and type

You can see for yourself that theres atleast 2-4 copy right infringements that google has taken off.
I also read that the party can Sue For thousands of dollars.
I asked if there was anything wrong, i insisted he would tell me if one thing was wrong before i buy.
He did not tell me this, i found out through research... Careful, he will bribe you into saying hes not a scammer, but to me... this is a scam.

and for google, it's only some Keywords/Tag Pages by Wordpress that has been blocked from google, my website are not banned you can check that by yourself, and every day the ranking of my website increase more and more.
