    Why are you selling this site?
    My current startup business consumes my entire time and effort, and I want to finda new owner for my existing business.

    How is it monetized?
    Through services offered with potential to generate ads revenue.

    What makes the site so valuable?
    With my developed marketing plan(took me 2 years to figure out), you can earn $6K+/mo with only 2 hours of work weekly. I never share the marketing plan as it is so valuable that you can also replicate it in other online businesses. I will give the winner my plan.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Only 2 hours weekly of small effort.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    The winner will be very lucky because you only need to invest a little time every week to earn over $6,000 in return. It is really a good deal if you perceive its value.

    hmmm. $6000 / 8hrs a month = $750 an hour -> you cant hire someone (family or friends) for $500 an hour to do the work for you and still pocket $2k a month with no work?

    Hell, try fiverr, you can find a virtual assistant to help you for about $5 for 2hours.

    No one would list a 6000$/mo site publicly. He didn't have the money to sell it on flippa maybe :p DP Staffs please only allow reputed/premium member to sell on marketplace like it was before. Most of the sites that came up for sale recently are from new members with no reputation.
    Or to make it more safer make sure new members connect a verified PayPal to DP. At least it will help..
