Buying Established websites with 100-500$ monthly revenue

I'm interested to buy an established website or more with monthly revenue of 100$ to 500$ (I want proof from the last 4-8 months).
Websites must be at least one year old.

I'm not interested in: warez, image hosting, proxies, porn(and maybe more)

Preferred: Blogs, Forums, Informational Websites (but I'm open for others too)

Preferred revenue source: Adsense, other ads, memberships, services(open to other sources too)

Post here or send PM with a link, some stats and a fair price.

It depends on the website's age, type of website, design, and most important the value in the eyes of the buyer. So it can go from 7-8 months revenue to 15-20 or more.
From the details you gave so far, I would pay 10 months revenue, after I see the website I can make a higher or smaller offer.

 

why not try ptc site?
I have one for sell, allthrough it can not get like $500 per month income, it is cheap and you can have a try in ptc world

I've got some good offers via PM and I think I'll close a deal in the next days but I'm looking for more websites, let me know what you have.
