    I am selling established website with great POTENTIAL!

    It is over 6 months old and has constant amount of organic traffic. Already ranked on 6th position for its keyword. All the content completely professional and unique. No need to worry about that as it took me a lot of time.

    I did not have time to monetize it yet as it was established in early spring and since then I was working on my diploma which took all of my free time. Now I have even less time because I got employed so I wish to sell it to the person that will have time to monetize it.

    I invested great deal of time in it, by creating and buying content, doing seo, blog posts, ...

    You get one squidoo lens with it that has some traffic and links back to the site.

    Only serious buyers please as I do not have time to chit chat.
