I've done some research both in DigitalPoint and on the internet and i've come to the conclusion that my website is worth $XXX figure.

Stats: Smart PageRank

As you guys can see I have high count of backlinks and if you look further into alexa, my traffic is increasing. Bear in mind that i haven't paid a single penny to promote this website, all of this traffic is natural and it's growing.

Revenue is little as I have no skill when it comes to monetizing traffic, but it has great potential (especially if you build a gaming store for the visitors to purchase games).

you said high count of backlinks? i can not see this on google.
Also how many visitors per day you get and what revenue, i see you are already monetizing the site with some ads..

 

I've checked Statcounter just now & it's telling me my daily average U/V for the past week is at 91 U/V. Yesterday I had 129 U/V. In the past i've always been with Google Adsense, but I only earned around $2-3 per month, while I was browsing around DP I found out about a CPM program (Claxon) that paid out based on the traffic instead of clicks. Right now I'm averaging 80-90 cents per day.

Nickflame, did you check the stats on Smart PageRank? I believe Google doesn't show all of the back links, you could maybe try yahoo.

Note: I have a reserve in my mind, from low $XXX to Mid $XXX, If this reserve doesn't meet I will not be selling my site.

 

I'm currently working on adding a new feature to the website which is making a new browser based game with the claxon ads implemented. If the potential buyer is interested I can give details of this too.
