Established Website - Earning $$$.$$ Monthly via Google Adsense

This is a website I created a while back and is currently earning via adsense.
Really didn't want to sell but need the cash to continue with furure projects , so thought I would list the site and see what happens..

As you can see in the above stats , the traffic and earnings are up and down all the time.. these can be on the up and up if a person can add a couple videos a week to the site.. with me running 2 full time businesses and on the travel all the time ... I just simply don't find the time or forget about it when I do have the time. As you can see there was one $20 day . That was right after adding 2 videos the day before. Took me less than 5 minutes to do.

Advertising Cost- $0 - I have never spent a dime advertising this. Details revealed to new owner only.


Updating this site is extremely easily using the admin panel in WordPress.
Add a couple videos a week and see what happens to earnings , they explode! I just dont have the time to search these out and add them and keep the site growing. Although , leaving the site as is , the site will continue to earn forever , but by just adding a couple videos a week , you will see massive increases in clicks and pay.

I will not reveal the referralls here , only to the buyer , as I don't want to give away the traffic source.

I will show the new owner everything they need to do to continue with this site and to keep the revenue coming .

If I do not get what I am looking for on this site , I will keep it and update it myself.

I see tonnes of sites for sale both here and at SitePoint with TV shows embedded from YouTube.

In my innocence I was let to believe this is not legal but there bought and sold like crazy.

I f you are making in excess of $100 a month, why would you set a BIN of $375? What is the traffic the site getting?

Yes , its 100% legal... Why would it be illegal?
The videos are not full tv shows or anything thats pirated.. there simple clips from all over the net .

If this site were illegal we would have no youtube or alot others out there still operating.

Where is the traffic coming from? search engines? paid traffic?

Don't wanna throw a spoiler on the auction but today on techdirt announced that the MPAA was issuing Civil lawsuits against YouTVpc and Peekvid in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles for damages and injunctive relief for violations under the United States Copyright Act of 1976.

While I doubt they will win as those sites only link to the offending video's

I noticed PeekVid no longer shows the Simpsons. They use to have all the episodes there before. But he should be OK as he is getting the clips from YouTube.

 

How could you have increased Ad unit impressions and clicks 22 June while you say that you never spent a penny on advertisements.

 

You lost me ? I have never bought any impressions.. never spent a dime on the sites advertising.

Can you explain to me Pakistani what your relating too?

I simply added 2 videos to the site and done the free marketing and the traffic and hits were on.. nothing paid for.
