Hi Guys, New here but been building websites for a fair while. Adsense was always my only source of revenue and the revenue was used to pay for the dedicated server but to build up the network I need better equipment and for better equipment I need more monetisation I've found that individual link sales to brokers gives better return but is sporadic, I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at my site http://www.mygreatphone.com (and maybe some of the other network sites being created) and let me know if there is any glaring issues with my method of advertising. I have mainly separated the adsense into it's own section, which I believe makes it more aesthetic, but do you think that effects the amount they clicked significantly? I have experimented with 1 add within content area, after post etc., but it has never made any exceptional difference. History: MGP received in excess of 80,000 monthly uniques, but for adsense am lucky to be getting £110 monthly - it was once £400+. It began life as a LG KU990 forum, as the handset became obsolete created a more generic profile. Thanks
I can tell you have a pretty good website. However, Adsense gives you the opportunity in other words the chance to use 3 ads of each units. I would recommend to use them all you have a very rich of content site so go ahead. Also, use text units.
Thanks for saying so I have experimented with having the third ad block in the content at the end of a single post page, and so that's why i have two on the right only but to be honest I didn't notice a dramatic increase. I also am always weary about making the site looks cheapened by too many ads, but if you think the balance is there for another then maybe i should give it a go What do you think of inline services like infolinks? Are they worth the damage done to your site's appeal? I'll give text/image a try and see if there's any difference Thanks for the ideas.
I tried Infolinks and Kontera they are Okay but I would recommend Kontera for your site. Onthe other hand, Infolinks is very cheap.Â
well i made the changes recommended and two days later am actually seeing significant improvement. Will need to wait at least 30 days to see confirmation but so far so good. I think I'll stick around here, looks to be a lot of good adult webmaster discussion and not just "my site is better than yours" rubbish. Reading other's success stories it appears affiliate marketing should be focused on alot more, especially as I have great connections with the main mobile tech suppliers. As for adsense, it appears to be a fickle beast so i'll just keep an eye on what others are doing.
Are you just post increasing? as I see each of the posts you've just made are basically useless. I'd say that the revenue could be increased, and is increasing due to following the guidance found here.
