Did you say that this sale comes with a leased vB license?
If I'm not mistaken, a leased vB license cannot be re-sold nor transferred.

How many of those unique visits are from Traffic generated ones that you can buy for $10 etc? Or are those uniques real ones coming from other referring URL's?

 

You can not transfer a leased license, so the new owner would have to provide their own license to consummate this deal.

 

The traffic i am getting is not from any purchased traffic sources i have never purchased any as they don't work.

The traffic is coming from

forums, (165 monthly from DP alone)
search engines,
directory's,
direct links,
and the rest are different i used paid email sending in the past and still get traffic from them my space mailings etc.

I also use articles submissions to advertise i usually submit 3 per week.

 

I will contact vBulletin to find out if license can be transferred.

 

It can not be, trust me on that one we just went through that for 'leased'

You can not renew it as it can not be transferred. You need to buy an entire new one, or lease a brand new one.

 

License costs $85 for a leased one, As the license cannot be transfered you would need to buy a new one to put on the domain.
