We do provide support ourselves but we dont get to many a month. Maybe 2 - 5 a month. Things run pretty smoothly.

My partner and I will show the new owner exactly what to do and yes they are free and there is no charge to you or your new client. Its part of what the company has learned to do. This information goes with the sale along with everything else we have learned running this business venture.

We cant ensure anything like that but if you look at the last 2 years of payment from our clients. Its been pretty steady. Our clients wont even know we dont own it until you decide your comfortable in letting them know. This is if your afraid of anyone leaving which i doubt they will.

I've actually spoken to Matt over at WHMCS before. They dont allow ANYONE to give away free licenses. You can resell, but you cant give away. So you are either illegally issuing licenses, or there is infact a fee to pay, but you are paying it yourself instead of customers. Which is it please?

I want to make an offer, but need to know this before I can go ahead.

 

not at all. We had access from our data center to do this. It was a separate program. we still have access to use them , we just cant advertise that.
