My site has been hand submitted by me to well over 200 link directories, search engines and top directories. I have also just started a link exchange campaign with it which has got me an extra 30 links on my partners page. The site has only been running since 20th November and has recieved a total of 2,579 Page Loads, 913 Unique Visitors, 757 First Time Visitors and 156 Returning Visitors. That is a daily average of 322 Page Loads, 114 Unique Visitors, 95 First Time Visitors and 20 Returning Visitors, In Its first week and this is sure to rocket if you carry on with the free advertising that i have been doing. There is no revenue to show as i have only just started to offer featured links because i wanted to build up my free links first.

The stats for yesterday were 245 page views 115 uniques 96 first time 19 returning. And link count is now at 718

The auction will run until i find a buyer.

 

Too bad its not a .com and has no pagerank, if it was a .com and had a decent pr4+ you could probably sell for lots more, I think your price is ok but i have my own directory that im having troubles reviewing and maintaining the loads of sites submitted.

I agree with jezza your price seems unreasonable. Try to advertise more and get some PR3-PR4+ atleast to get the $250 you're looking for. Good luck mate!

 

i have dropped $250 down to $215 and thats a bin u can still bid i will probably sell it cheaper.

Just giving you a quick heads up how to sell directories here. PR + indexed pages + backlinks + traffic = $$$

Why sell it cheap if you can sell it more in future. Your directory has a decent traffic I must say. You just need to work on your indexed pages and backlinks.
