Selling Established Web directory network 34 sites MUST SELL LOW BIN

Hi Im looking to sell my established directory network of 34 sites. (stats above are for 1 random site)
The network has been neglected for the last 9 months and needs a new more serious owner. Each site has been averaging between 1000 and 2000 unique visitors per month for as long as ive had them (with the exception of last month when they were down for some reason) and make a small revenue.
Estimated rev
Adsense- $5-6 month for network
Hostgator - occasional comission of $50 maybe 2or 3 in total
numerous $1 paid submissions
As you can see the revenue is not really a major selling point (which is why they are going cheap) but I believe with some work on these sites revenue can easily be increased. I just never tried.
