I don't really know what is a "real bid" for you but i must say thanks to you for your comment.

In my above msg, I mentioned about "TWO private offers". I was going to make them public after confirming few things with them. Trust me (if you can) I have no intention to manipulate the bidding by saying "I got private offer" as you see on some threads.
