Selling Established Travel Website w/ 20k+ visits/month

Great website for sale. I don't actually expect this to sell to someone on DP, but I thought I'd make a thread just incase there were any serious buyers browsing the forums.

This is a seasonal ski/travel website. Info/content-based, driven by search engine traffic. Performance is consistent but seasonal. Website is rock solid. Pulling revenue from about 6-7 different sources in different niches of ski/travel. Near zero maintenance.

This has been built very much as a white-hat SEO website. Should be making a lot more cash if someone wants to take on a little risk in building links.

Annual profits are at about $10k right now and the structure has just finished being built (About 400 pages of static content). During the winter the website receives above 20k visits/month.

$30k valuation would be based upon 3 years of profit at current rate. That is closer to a 1 year valuation of expected profit if you turn the heat up a bit. If you don't want to pay for a website using that kind of valuation please don't message me.
