Buying Established Tech Based Sites with Content and Age

Hello Fellow DP'rs,

I am looking to buy established websites with the following criteria:

• Aged at least 9 months. The older the better.
• Domain never dropped. I will check on this.
• Technology related website. Software, computers, hosting, etc.
• At least 10 pages of unique content written by you and not listed anywhere else but your website. I will use copyscape to verify.
• I must get full ownership of site/scripts and you will not resell it.
• Prefer an affiliate based site, but not necessary.

Please list the following information:

• URL (obviously)
• Price you are selling it for
• History of website. (did you buy it, has it just sit there, etc.) I will use archive.org to verify history.
• Why are you willing to sell your site?
• Traffic sources and stats. High traffic is not necessary but it helps seal the deal. You can just provide information at first but I will ask for screenshots at a minimum and possible access to your stats program if I am seriously interested in purchasing.
• Income reports (if any)
