    Selling established system administration blog site with organic traffic.

    Site receives approx 3500 unique visits per month, 5000 page views. Currently earning approx. $10/mo Adsense.

    Approx. 30 articles - all original content.

    Site is listed in Yahoo directory (and for some reason I have not had to pay to renew it for a couple years).

    Google Analytics and AdSense reports available upon request.

    Reason for selling: raising capital for new project.

    BIN is still very, very high. 50x the monthly revenue, so even if we assume no cost for hosting and no cost for renewal of domain, it would take over 4 years at current pace to break even. That's too high of an asking price considering that in a year or two anything can happen and Google can come up with a totally new algorithm which completely throws off all the traffic.

    Add modest hosting costs, $1 per month and the renewal of the domain name, at a grand total of $20 per year and then it'd take 5 years to only break even. Way too long and way too much risk involved.
