I am listing my Social Network for sale, but I really hate to sell this because I can already see the potential of the site, but the bottom line is, I need the money now due to family financial issues.

The site was created June 20th 2012 and has 241 Members so far with an average of 3-5 joining per week. It is earning minimal revenue from Adsense and has generated about $24 from it since going online in late June.

Very Little promotion has been done for this site. The followers on facebook found us by the keywords firefighter or fire dept and the same goes for our current members. Just imagine the stats if you put a little time and effort into promoting. This site would be huge!!

An online store selling Shirts and other items has just been listed with the site's logo. So far 1 purchase has been made generating a $6 profit and more sale's will come soon.

Owner will get Full website & database, New License for base script, All Graphics and logos, Domain name good for a year and a Facebook Page with over 3518 friends, plus an online Store with Items for sale such as shirts, etc!!

The site ranks #14 out of 22,300,000 results for "Firefighter Network" on Yahoo.

There is a ton of potential here and with just a little promotion and time to manage the site, this could and will be huge!!

Alexa Ranking has went from 4,143,820 to now 2,913,004 just in the past week!!

The site is based on the social engine script and has a custom template along with over $400 in plugins and mods.

Huge potential here and the site will basically run itself, all you do is promote it

I don't have any traffic stats because I never tracked it. I only have the basic info such as pageviews and members joined since going online. Considering I haven't really promoted the site that much but still have over 240 members in the last 2 months, I would think the stats would be good.

Social Engines licenses are non-transferable.

 

Apparently YOU cannot read.....The New owner will get a NEW license to go with the site and everything will be transferred to that license.....Nice try though

So you are having "family financial issues" but you'll buy a brand new license (almost $600 including the plugins) for the new website owner?
