Buying Established Sites with PR and/or Traffic/Revenue

    Hi,

    I have quite a big budget to spend on websites currently and thus I am still looking for established websites to buy. Established means I am only looking for sites older than three months with a Google PR 3+ or at least some traffic and earnings. I will consider most niches (exceptions include warez, file-sharing, gambling, porn), so just show me what you got.

    I have a product review (automotive) site on blogspot.com domain that is makeing around $900 amonth (verifiable) through CJ (from one company) No advertising cost no cost at all really. has over 200 sites referring traffic to it.(NO ADS) (verifiable). I wish I didn't have to sell it, but need the money.

    very simiple and easy. only about 1500 visitors a month but thats all thats need for this income level. If you can increase the traffic the income will increase. Please PM me if interested and I'll send you the URL.
