Buying Established Sites - 60%+ SE Traffic - $200+ A Month Revenue

    Here is what I am looking for:

    Established sites - I will not consider sites new than 6 months old.
    Revenue - $200+ per month
    SE Traffic - Minimum of 60% per month (average) search engine traffic.

    I don't want:

    New sites, sites with no revenue, porn, warez and so on.
