Income: Adsense $2.00 to $6.00 per day, used to make $20.00 per day roughly a year a go or so before I removed some Adsense ads & failed to keep news fully updated.

Content & time: You only need to add news to the site which is as simple as subscribing to Google alerts then posting the story the same as you would make a post on the forum.

What is the monthly cost of running the site: Nothing i host it on my VPS but i would say you could host this site for $3.99 a month on a shared hosting account or similar.

Reason for selling: I have to find the money for an operation which will hopefully be carried out on the 29th if funds allow, this is a life or death operation so that's the reason for me sell one of my favorite sites.

Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner: Yes fully, I will even host the site for the foreseeable future now when i say this I don't want to be 'used' so I would say for a few months at least if needed. I will change all Adsense codes to yours or ad you own unique ad network codes (if needed)

What does the site include: Everything you see on the site or whilst browsing the site, you will be given full CPanel access to clear everything out.

Additional info: I have been offered free CD's & promotional material from the Groups publicist, i have been offered free Hip Hop clothing for putting up Hip Hip clothing ads, I have turned down numerous requests for paid advertising, I have all these contact details for the above offers & can provide them to the buyer so he/she can make the most of these offers.

I checked Namepros after it being down all day yesterday & there are no current bids, so $900 would be the bid if interested & since the date of the auction has passed i will add that the auction will now end on 21st Nov 06 @ 20:00...

I am aware of the spam issue & have sorted it, what was happening was bots were signing up & posting spam automatically i put in nofollow links & had to change the registration url a bit to prevent this however i didn't have time to delete the spam, the spam will be removed before the site is transferred, but i was not aware of the hacking, i do have full back ups of the site so these hacker geeks have done nothing a part from prove they are irritating assholes.

High i would probably say so too in terms of revenue but look at the SEO work carried, time, content etc i think it's a great deal, if your were to build the same thing it would take time & i'm positive it would cost more than $2500 in the long run via advertising, SEO & your time...

I had the money only last month & alot more but spent it to improve my other sites little did i know that i would be needing it for vets bills, but i guess unforseen things pop up all the time...
