Selling Established Site With Consistent Adsdaq & Adsense Earnings ($400-450/month) Clearance

Up for sale today is a premium and established website that has an incredible amount of potential if this site ends up in the right hands. I say that because of the large amount of traffic that Smoont.com receives as well as some other factors which will be explained in greater detail below. Over the last several months, Smoont.com has received a very impressive amount of traffic, with its climax so far in August in which there were 340,102 unique visitors and 444,280 page views .

This has resulted in an incredibly consistent climb down the Alexa rank, where it now lies at 42,138 and is rising on a steady basis. (I have posted the screenshots below for the convenience of bidders.) The impressive backlinks linking to Smoont.com have increased it’s Google page rank to 3 and boasts an impressive 227 indexed pages in Google. Combined with a strong anchor in a large group of prominent social bookmarking sites, one can rest assured that the traffic will remain consistent, if not continue to increase.

Smoont.com is a very easy site to manage from the perspective of a Webmaster. The hosting costs a minimal amount of money per month, and the entire website is run from a simple Wordpress blog. Wordpress is extremely user friendly and is 100% free. A future Webmaster can add new posts as frequently or as seldom as he likes. I would personally recommend that you write 10-20 posts a month to keep the site growing on a steady basis. I personally wrote the posts myself but the option does remain to outsource the posts if you would like to.

The future Webmaster will most likely make the most changes on Smoont.com when it comes to methods of earning revenue. As stated above, Smoont.com receives an enormous amount of traffic. As a result, the earnings that I have received have mostly been from Adsdaq which pays on a per impressions basis. Together with a slight amount of Adsense ads, the site has been earning on average over $400 a month. A future webmaster would do well to take the time to switch the earnings on Smoont to affiliate marketing. Instead of Adsdaq advertisements paying you per impression, I would recommend putting a different Clickbank.com product or product from CommissionJunction.com on each post that is relevant to the topic in the post. If done properly, I think that earnings would increase rapidly although it will take a considerable amount of time to be done properly.

The Domain is at Name.com so there will be a free transfer and moving over the files will be simple as well. The site works off WordPress and you'll be given all of the login info necessary to take over the site. I prefer that payments be made via Escrow.com and my history at sitepoint/flippa indicates that I am a trustworthy seller.
