    I am selling my site which has been up for almost 3 years.

    The site is a social networking site with almost 68,000 members.

    The site has many paying members who pay ($25/year to subscribe for upgraded features) and I just put some banner advertising but I havent monetized it properly yet. The site gets anywhere between 10-12m views per month.

    Serious bids only.

    I need to sell it because I am looking to buy a retail store.

    If properly monetized site can bring in $xx,xxx/month.
    I just dont have the time to dedicate to the site anymore.
    Starting bid is $50,000

    BIN is $250,000

    Why such high? if you really have to ask then you dont have the capability of running this site or purchasing it.

    with everything maybe couple of thousand dollars a month.. it depends.. its completely mixed with my paypal account.. if i push it i can probably make $3k-$4k/month but if i do inhouse advertisement with an ad salesman it can make $10-$15k/month....

    i am actually thinking about selling part of it off now for partnership.. i have a meeting with this investor tomorrow

    it was custom written.. the Entire site is custom including the forums, guestbooks, etc...

    and no i am not selling the script because like i said the site is custom...

    there are tons of different ways the site makes money..
    one is subscription for upgraded features for the members which is @ $25/year and i have few hundred of those.

    there are 20-30k active members any given month and If i can have some sort of monthly subscription ($3/month) and even 10-20% signs up thats still $7-$10k/month + advertisements which brings in few grand a month.

    However, in house advertising can bring in over 15k/month safely but problem is I am in NYC now not where the site is located and it is hard for me to manage everything from here as well as setup advertising department..

    I am willing to sell 25% for $50,000 which would double your investment in 1-1.5 years.

    Let me know if anyone is seriously interested.
