Established site, largest joke site on the web

I'm considering selling one of my more well-known websites in order to pursue other interests. It doesn't have a ton of traffic (I don't advertise or send traffic from my high-traffic sites, etc.), but it is the web's largest joke site. I know, a lot of sites claim to be the largest, but JakesJokes.com is the largest (by far), with well over 30,000 categorized jokes, as well as the obligatory huge section of pictures, videos, downloadable sound effects, etc.

    www.JakesJokes.com (Fully developed, well-known site)

Any ideas on its worth, including the entire site (and the joke database, etc.) Obviously, this is one of those situations where it's priceless to the right person/entity, but in general I'm interested in the community's opinion as to its worth as a whole.

PS - To clarify on the "not a lot of traffic" thing... I -do- make a comfortable living from this and a couple of other main sites. it isn't some unknown site... PR4 (flucutates between 4 and 5, depending on Google's mood) and 20K+ pages permanently listed on Google, as well as reasonably good SERPs.

The name is quite memorable and easy to spell, which helps a lot for the site.
I wouldn't rate it as worth anything on its own, but with the site on it it depends on the earning unless you find someone who really likes it for what it is.

From a website buyer for profit's point of view it's quite common to offer 10 month's worth of earnings, so it depends what you make out of it and what proof you have of this if you're going to sell it.
