loan-finder.org went live in August 2008.

It is a simple 1 page site that was built originally to be a lead
capture site but never quite made it that far.

The site has been monetized only with adsense which has been
removed during this sale

The site ranks #1 in MSN/Bing for it's main keyword loan finder
which will soon carry more weight when Yahoo starts using Bing
results.

The ranking has been steady for about 6 months

The content is 100% original & written by me.

The site is currently a 1 page site.

The traffic comes primarily from MSN/Bing.

The site is showing 312 incoming links in Yahoo.

All linking is one way linking. No reciprocal linking has been
used.

The traffic is 100% organic search traffic

Payment is via Paypal or escrow.com.

Once I receive payment for the domain, I would change the Adsense
code and channel code over to your info as soon as you provide it
to me.

I would then re upload the site to my server with your info so
you can start earning ASAP. I would then initiate the domain
transfer which will go very smoothly if you have a Godaddy
account. I will only transfer to godaddy as it takes about 30
seconds.

You would be responsible for the change of nameservers but I
would leave the domain live on my server for at least 30 days so
you will get credit for any traffic from ISP's whose nameservers
update slowly.
