Established site for sale - Anime Downloads

Hi,

I am selling one of the bigger websites that I own, http://www.animedownloads.us. What the site does is to provide download links (megaupload, up-file.com) to the visitors. Currently, the site is averaging around 3000 unique visitors a day (used to be much more when I was active), I have not been updating the site for ages, so the potential for the site growth is there (The more series you cover = more traffic, I guarantee that).

As for income, the site used to earn around 150 bucks a month on adsense before it got smart priced, then I switched over to bidclix.com and got around 90 a month (bidclix decided to shut down recently and I have not been bothered to find any new ad company).

The site design is custom, meaning it is designed by myself for the site. The news script used is cutenews (the custom version of it), so everything is well seo-ed.

I can't really give out screenshots of earnings since bidclix no longer allows me to login. But you should be able to see that the kind of earning I mentioned is possible with the kind of traffic the site is getting.

http://extremetracking.com/open?login=anidown - The visible tracker, it only tracks unique visitors, you should be able to see that most of the traffic are organic, it comes from search engine. The site also ranks at the 2nd for the term "Anime Downloads" on google and 1st on yahoo.

Currently, I don't really have a bin in mind, but I am looking at around low to mid $x,xxx.

The reason I am selling the site is because I have too many projects in hand, and just don't have the time to update the site, the site itself is an SEO experience of mine, so I never expect it to become this big at first.

It doesn't look like you have adsense on any of your sites. Can you put it back on animedownloads?

Also it looks like you've got a few of your other sites linking to it. Will these links stay?
Can you say how many links you've got around the web and if you've paid for many?

Yeah, the reason I didn't put adsense in is because the site will be smartpriced, causing the whole account to get screwed over (the whole account will be smartpriced too). But if you are worried about the site getting banned from adsense, rest assured that it is not.

As for the links, the links from my other sites will not stay (since once sold, the site will no longer be part of my own network). Links from affiliates, however, will stay. The income links from my other sites should not affect the SERPs for this site, though.

And no, I didn't pay for any link.

 

Start with a low bid price and I might be interested.

I don't think you can put adsense on this site at all and there's no proof of other revenue..
