(September stats are in 4 files, the first two till Sept 14th and the next two from Sept 15th onwards, because that is when I had bought these sites and shifted them to my dedicated server. You will also see that the stats are low from Sep 15th till Sept 18th. This is due to the change in servers).

I have not tried putting Adversal on the framed pages as most proxies do. This could easily add $3- $5/day income to these sites and increase your total income to $300/month. (Update - testing Adversal from yesterday - I will keep this thread updated with the details).

Hosting costs:

I have my own dedicated server, so there is no cost to me to run these sites as I have many other sites which already pay for the server fees. For a person who does not have a dedicated server, my advice would be to go for a VPS as this will be cheaper (please check your hosts TOS as many hosts do not allow proxy sites to be hosted on their servers). Please research how much this will cost you, before you make a bid.


Selling price:

Minimum offer: $ 1300 ($1250 is the current high bid at SP)

Bid increments: $100

Reserve Price: $2500 (approx 12 times current months income - you will get a monthly return of 9% per month or 108% per annum if you invest in these sites at this price - In short you'll make back your money in 1 year and continue to make passive income after that provided the traffic top these sites remains steady as they have for the past 7 months. In case Adversal revenue increases income from these sites to $300/month, the income/price multiple will be approx 8-9 months).

BIN: I will announce the BIN price after the reserve is met

If the amount was $300 bucks it would've been different but for $3000, I just cannot take that risk what with all the scams going about. Please try and understand this.
