    Established Proxy Network for Sale
    I am selling the following sites as a bundle deal because I simply can not afford to run them without yahoo ads on the sites. Near the end of March yahoo asked me to remove their ads from the front pages of my proxies due to poor conversations. The money was good with yahoo for only paying for us traffic. Over $100 a month on my two top earners. I wish I had an adsence account to monetize international traffic but I did not.

    Someone please explain - why proxy traffic is usually consist of 95% direct hits? Hotlinking or what?

    (interesting in buying actually - but need to know how to manage/grow up this traffic)

    Direct hits because people like the service. Also people using proxies normally dont have access to other sites at work and school and the proxy its self has not been blocked by the network but the other sites that list the proxy has been blocked by the network hence a direct typein of the url will get you to the site. I remember when i was in school i would get fresh proxies in my email from a group i was in. Then I would write down the urls to use at school. I used the site till it would be blocked by the network admin.

    I dont allow hotlinking from just anyone. So if someone tried to hotlink they will be taken directly to the front page.
