Selling Established PREMIUM 2 years old pr4 Web design blog(amazing oportunity)

i sort of quit blogging, because it isn't fun anymore for me and it's time i let someone take over.

The theme itself works as a content management system(running on wp core), its an extremely advanced theme(value being at around 2000$)

Alexa Traffic Rank: 118,518
visitors vary from 700 to 1000/day now that i rarely blog. And pageviews are around 1000-3000/day

Back when i was blogging every day visitors ranged from 6000 to 9000/day and pageviews were around 12000 every day

The blog also has sitelinks in google.

The winner will get the blog with the existing themes and plugins.

The monthly revenue is around 200$ from bluehost affiliate system and link sales, but what counts the most is that it brings me 1-3 customers every month who hire me for custom theme work(revenue around 300-1000$)

The blog is a well established blog and the feedburner readership is 300(today's stats)

As i've said this is a great opportunity for a web designer(one who is a pro ofcourse).
