Thanks for the explanation. It was sounds fishy to me. But when you explained everything, the word "fishy" is removed automatically.
If you were on my side, you would definitely think negatively, when you would see someone selling a site in DP, and not in flippa, because his account was banned. No one knows the actual reason of ban. But when someone says that he was banned, it sounds negative, because most of the time ban occurs for some illegal activities. But in your case, it was for different issue. Before someone else also asked for the reason of ban in flippa, as there were no explanation, I was a bit confused. And then I see you are using Custom Channels in adsense to show the revenue. You can add as many site you want in a single custom channel of adsense. I am not saying you are a bad person. But I also need to be proofed that, what you are showing is correct. Because I don't know you. And I believe I have that right, perhaps everyone has. But if you can show the adsense data for Sites, not URL. Then it is 100% clear that the shown data is correct and for only that particular website. Hope you got my point. If you add your website in adsense Sites now, it will show all previous data in it as well. But this will show all activities from that particular site. So no doubt of thinking about other sites.
You know, there are thousands of scammers out there, and it is really tough to find out who is a real seller. Because no one will like to lose their money. If I was the seller, and you were the buyer, I can bet you would ask the same question to me.

Yes , it looks we both okay with flippa issue . You were right with asking but your next comments were looks changing to claim from asking thats why I am a little angry .

Since escrow has inspection period to check site incomes , buyer has under a good protection . They have days to check out site incomes and decide it is okay or not .

I am accepting escrow.com and it is my first choice for transansaction . If there will be a problem in adsense incomes in this inspection period , Buyer will reject my site and put me a negative trade point at DP surely . Therefore I will lost my good feedback profile in DP and my time .

Thats the case , yes I can use URL channels too but with escrow.com type there is nothing to change .

One more thing. I can see you have not used google analytics for a long time. In your screenshot it is showing till March 05. Could you show me data from analytics till March 18?

 

In an effort to understand how this site created in July 2011 is PR6, I ran a backlink checker on it. It is full of "links" to government and university sites. Here is an example: http://www.flb.fo/ this is a PR 7 site in Iceland. But the link is not on the page. It is in the code on the page. The Icelandic site has been hacked. The backlink checker shows many links to sites like this where the link has already gone. It seems that some site owners have already found the hacks and removed them. If all the hacks are removed, this would be a PR1 site at most.

I assume the quick sale is required so that the site can be sold before the hacks are removed and the PR drops back or the site it is banned.

This is really sad, a fraud. But I am grateful to digitalpoint forums as I have not been evaluating sites for purchase for very long, but everything I learned about spotting fraud, I learned here on DP from other posters.

Are you one of genious members of DP ? Do you think one buyer interested in my site does not check its backlinks althought I show link sales as a basic income type ?

I guarateed its rank minimum pagerank 5 in next update , and for theese backlinks it looks hacked backlinks some buyers also asked this question in private and I have described the case to them . Theese university website webmasters are my friends and I have an aggrement with them .

How could you create a sorty esasly dont you think he is 6 years old member and has over 100 positive feedback ? How can I loss my this good feedback for only $2-3k ?
