Selling Established PR5 Web Design Blog - Earning Over $150 Per Month

Hi,

I am looking to sell my web design blog(http://www.webdesignerhelp.co.uk/), as due to other commitments I am unable to run it at its full potential. The site is a PR5 design blog which ranks well in google and has a great following in the design community. I established the blog in September 2008 and initially it was a very small project for me with no ads on, but in March and I decided to take it more seriously and joined the Buy Sell Ads network and start to generate a high quality article every week which in turn led to great traffic, with many articles going viral and being popular on digg/stumbleupon/reddit etc.

It was going great until July and then due to moving house and other things I was only able to post one article a month which severely dented the earnings. Then in December/January I started to sell links in the websites sidebar, I only sold a few as I didn't want to the site to look like a link farm. More could easily be sold but I was happy with the money I made so I turned quite a few down.

Now the price...
The BIN is $2500, the articles alone could be taken and sold for that much never-mind the possible earnings from link sales so it is a very fair price. The auction is starting at $100 and will be going up in $50 increments, please don't message me with stupid offers.

Unfortunately I didn't have google analytics installed until june 2009 before that I had my hosting do my analytics but I had to move host due to traffic and I forgot to save the logs.

What you would get in the sale...
You would get everything on the website, all articles would be your property.
I would hand over the twitter account which is a great way to generate traffic.
The RSS feed would also be transferred over.
Hosting would not be provided as it is currently on my server where I host other sites, but I would help with the transfer to your own.
For one month I will provide free promotion to any articles you publish.
