Established PR4 Link directory + traffic and earnings

I going to sell my SEO friendly directory because I don’t have the time to check all the submissions (more than 6500 are pending, oldest is from November). The directory is listed on almost all important directory lists! I tried to get this directory as clean as possible (no MFA sites or nasty hosted blogs etc.) the directory is based on Esyndicat 1.2 pro where I made a lot of improvements and modifications (also to the backend).
