Established PR4 flash arcade for sale - good traffic & rev

Site is more than one year old. I got this site as a package buy of a number of sites in mid Sep.
I never intend to keep this site, and don't think I can have enough time
to give the attention it deserves.

The site is PR4, with many inside PR3 pages.
Script is licenesed Phpas.
Customed header and template I believe.
Harddisk about 1.5GB, 1400+ flash games, used about 30GB bandwidth so far I own it.

After move, I've added a few games, did a couple of social bookmarking which were very successful.
Traffic from bookmarking, direct, and traffic exchange, average 1000+ visits and $2+ adsense per day so far,
even with a little bit of server downtime.

I have moved server so only have recent traffic stats and rev from mid sep till now.
Adsense ctr is low but I have no time to experience better placements.

New owner can do much better by adjusting the adsense placement, add other ad networks,
work a bit on SEO, more frequent bookmarking etc to boost traffic and revenue.
With this aged PR4 site you can easily sell links at $5 a month for 10 links and have addtional $50 there.
All links now on the site can be removed.

I'd like to run this as a 5 day auction with starting bid at $300, increment $20 please.
I don't have a bin yet, but may cut the auction short if I see a good bid.
I reserve right not to sell and keep the site if I think the price is not right.

Domain at namecheap, expiring may/08
I'm not familiar with this script and will give the winner cpanel access to move the site,
or host it for a month while he arranges new hosting company to move it for him.

Hi seems the $750 offer is not serious and wasted my time to do this sale.

I'm reducing my BIN to $800, and will look at offers above $300 for the coming 2 days.
I'll also put the site sale on other forums.

I still reserve right not to sell if offer not good enough, and I'd be happy to keep the site to earn from it instead.

I notice traffic has dropped in alexa and adsense earnings per day dropped in October.

What are they looking like for the past week given your stats end around the 3rd October?

Have you done PPC on site ever?

Sorry guy I'm closing this sale.
In the past few days after listing, the site got hit by DDOS a few times, and causing quite a bit of problem, and I don't want to sell sites that the buyer feels not right.
So I've decided to keep the site and spare some time work on it for a while first, and don't mind to keep a bit revenue from it for now .
