    This established website was recently listed in the AARP Bulletin http://tinyurl.com/y2gyfp3 which has increased all traffic to the website and interest in advertising. To date have only accepted one paid advertiser and you can see it at the bottom of the site.

    Very unique website and all custom coded. If you know how to market a site or have the time to entertain offers to put paid listings on the website then you can easily make a profit for a long time.

    Revenue has been ongoing for about year, with potential for more as long as you reply to those asking for advertising space.
    how do you earn from site? You market it, you can do adwords, you can take on advertisers. There are a variety of ways to do it.

    Not sure why at the top is says "Reserve Met" because it has not been. When I posted the thread the system "Digital Point" said doing maintenance and I think it messed up the listing.

    The site will NOT be sold for under $1,000

    It's all coded in php and it has a custom backend to edit users, listings, ads, etc.
