PR3 since the beginning until now.just turned 4 YRS OLD.
became PR5 once. very active forum community/ members/ online and
offline. site [and its' members] had been invited and was featured
on national tv show for the theme "dog camp" ; site had been
featured several times too on local pet magazine and was mentioned
aswell on national newspaper. most members claim they found the site
    while searching on google.

PAGES ARE NOT UPDATED : vet directory, breed section, pet of the month,
article section. [will surely get additional income from adsense if this pages are updated]

ADSENSE earnings : it was earning a stable 30usd+ per
month for years, then later started earning 50usd+ per month considering
i dont do promotion for the site online. im pretty sure the adsense earnings
are from the forum, the breed section gets high pay per click or pay per view
too but i dont really have time to update it. [i only submitted the site on about
30 directories when i opened it 4 years ago.]
adsense and traffic status : http://tinyurl.com/3bgsz5k
adsense emailed me last year talking about a thread on my forum. so i just removed the all ads to make sure cuz i dont ahve time to fix and place the adsense on specific boards. [there is an option to do that, smf modification feature.]

text advertisement : site gets lots of offer from different site owners,
i will provide email addres and date of expiration of some ads. i only
charge 50usd per year for text ad link.

other link networks : textlinkbrokers, text-links or text-ads (?) i joined several sites where you can sell links, but i rarely accept offers because i cant withdraw the funds right away hehe ; suppposed to earn 20-30usd per month [i based this from the offers that i usually get. from the same person, different text link ad]

*we sold tshirts, car stickers and dog tag necklace too in the past
[im not the one in charge on that. and i paid for my shirt too]
-so if you want to be serious on running this site, you can sell site merch too.

the site/community is also active in joining and organizing pet related
events. several pet companies also supports our events by giving
tokens that we can give away to our members [one of them is ezydog.
/ pls check the event board to see the past events]

****i forgot to mention, the distributor of ezydog gives 10% discount too to all our members

site is registered until 2013. DOMAIN AND HOSTING ARE ALREADY PAID UNTIL 2013. LUNARPAGES. Luckily we're put on a good server. we never had downtime morethan 24hours. all sites loads quikly too.

currently have a proposal to do a tie up with a dog related tv show..

i read site are usually compute as : monthly earnings X 10 months?

i have analytics and adsense/traffic from webalizer status. feel free to pm me for this info with your email address.

    might/will accept reasonable offer too.

yes they are. usually most discussion in filipino are on the general discussion board, but the pet related discussions (pet health, grooming, breed section) most of the user use english in discussing topics.
