Established PR3 Joke Site for Sale

JokeMadness.com is 1 year and 5 months old. It's a PR3 website with an average of 21 uniques a day, 400 uniques a month. It has 315 pages in Google, 32 backlinks in Google, 156 backlinks in Yahoo, 162 backlinks in MSN.

Keywords: Jokemadness comes up on page 1 (listing #10) in Google for "great jokes". It comes up on page 2 (listing #12) in Google for "lots of funny jokes".

The script, jokes and design are not unique.

JokeMadness is registered at namecheap.com and expires on March 14, 2007. It's a free push at namecheap and you'll also get the whoisguard with it.

The script has an admin area where you can approve/edit/delete jokes, categories and subcategories, email jokes to your subscribers. Currently there are 11 subscribers. The admin also enables you to easily edit the site meta tags, keywords and description.

There is also advertising integrated, which you can also control in the admin.

Visitors can not only read the jokes, they can rate the jokes and email them to their friends. Visitors can sign up as members and add their own jokes for admin approval. Visitors can search for jokes as well.

The site currently has 127 jokes.

I've spent an additional $75 on this script to have a programmer fix the subcategories feature, as you couldn't edit or delete them in the admin, so other copies of this script are not as functional as mine.

This site has not really been promoted, so assume no revenue, I did have Google Adsense on the site but it only made $9.85 in 12 or so months.
