Bio:
I am selling the last two sites of my entire portfolio, including both domains and the hosting plan. I have started a new business and it has been taking off like wildfire, so I must devote all my time to it and simply have no more time for managing my websites.

This website has been consistently being developed for a while now, and I feel it is at a point where it is nearly perfect. I have recently added many link exchanges for the blog in the past 2-3 days, so that will definitely bring in more PR and visitors. This website has been my crowned jewel.

Once I realized I was going to sell my sites, I did not register my adsense account, so all that is being displayed is Public Service announcements. Still, I am receiving about $1 a month. Before, there was very relevant ads, but I had no traffic. I would not be surprised if Mission Environment generated about $15-20 a month immediately as long as you replace my Public Service adsense with your relevant adsense. Eventually, once the PR picks up and you get better SERPs, I feel it could generate substantial revenue.

Traffic Stats:
As you can see, traffic has been growing fast since the end of last year. This has all been done by SEO and blogging.

This is a site that I had high hopes for but just had no free time to develop. If nothing else, it is an awesome domain name. The load time is long, so be patient and wait for everything to load to get a drift of the site and the idea.

Basically, I wanted it to be a place to take a survey and have the results of the entire population on the front page. There would also be a way to leave comments. All of these scripts are available at hotscripts.com to use. Especially with the huge focus on politics right now, Sway The Vote would be a great way to capitalize on the opportunity. Sway The Vote would be a way for people to debate hot topics in politics and to see what issues really matter to people and a way for people to share their ideas on how to fix the problems.

There is no traffic or revenue right now because none of the scripts have been installed yet. Setting them up should take about one days work.

Mission Environment will have revenue once someone changes their google adsense to their own, relevant ads. I would estimate that it will earn between $10-20 per month.

What do you recommend the BIN to be? And micksss I will not sell separately just so I do not have to transfer between hosts and I can just hand over the passwords and it would be a very very easy transaction.
