Easy to add new content via the admin area of Joomla, if you're not farmiliar with joomla there are numerous resources online to help get up to speed quick. Traffic is all from search engines MSN and Google, wouldn't take a lot of TLC to bump the earning potential on this one.

Site has been earning a few bucks via adsense for the past months, but does need someone who will spend more time on it and update it. It has been recieving b/w 300 and 400 unqiues a mth.

Site's been online since approx last June, I switched servers in late sept. of last year. Reason for selling is I need to refocus myself on my most important projects.
