Two gambling educational sites for sale with well-written, informative and original content. Basicholdem.info (formerly texasholdem.omnihosts.net) was started back in 2003. As a bonus, I'll throw in Casinoadvantage.info. This is a casino-related site with unique content and design but never really promoted. There's several pages of well-written content to work with, but very little traffic and no links or revenue.

During the internet poker boom (2004-2005) Basicholdem.info was pulling in $19,000 a year in revenue, and ranked near the top of the SERPs at the old address. About four years ago, the site moved from its old subdomain address to the current domain, basicholdem.info. Despite best efforts at the time to establish permanent redirects, updating hardlinks with trading partners and doing some basic SEO work, the site began dropping out of the SERPs and bringing in only a fraction of its previous traffic.

The reduction in the online poker boom brought about by the U.S. anti-gambling legislation have contributed to a decline in revenues. Despite this, the site has a favorable reputation among poker-playing web surfers. I'm certain that many newbie players have learned the basics of poker from this site in the last seven years. Judging by the amount of bookmark traffic the site still receives, it appears that many still use it as a reference.

Currently, basicholdem.info gets 500+ unique visitors a month (~20 a day). 15% of that is from bookmarks, type-in and referral traffic. Revenue-wise, the site currently brings in ~$130 a month. (averaged for the past 12 months).

The majority of revenue comes from online poker rooms, a mix of revshare and CPA. Past revenue has also been made from selling poker books and software. Although I haven't accepted advertising or participated in rakeback programs, I have received requests from marketeers wishing to advertise on the site. So I'm sure there are other ways to monetize the site that haven't yet been explored.

I will, of course, turn over all current revenue producing affiliate accounts, I can also turn over other inactive affiliate accounts that may have a small balance or simply to save you the trouble of placing new links.

If you're an experienced online gambling marketert, then I believe these sites will be a valuable addition to your portfolio.

Please note that I bought the site from the former owner two years ago, since then we haven't touched it... it's been running on auto-pilot and yet still generates a reliable monthly income of about $130/month (averaged over the past 12 months). Two years ago it was generating up to $1500/month! Wouldn't take a lot to get it back up to those levels - for a start most of the banners we use are old or broken!
